A family run business, based on the edge of the New Forest, specialising in Outside Catering, predominantly Weddings and Large Parties.
Amuse Bouche Catering was formed in March 2007 by Mark and Paul Mortimer.
Paul the head Chef has wanted to run his own Catering Company for many years and when the chance arose to take over a fully equipped kitchen we jumped at the opportunity.
Paul has trained and worked as a Chef gathering knowledge and experience over the last 20 years, having worked in senior positions in many of the Hotels and Restaurants in and around the area.
Using our customers ideas combined with Paul's experience and imagination we create bespoke menus designed to the client’s and their guests individual tastes, influences and desires.
We are a forward looking company with our main focus on 3 main areas. Quality, Flexibility and Value For Money.
We always set and insist on a high standard of food quality, from the sourcing of local ingredients (where possible), all the way through to its final presentation.
Every event we cater for is different and we are flexible enough to adapt to our customers exact needs.
